The crawl space is walked end to end with a pin moisture meter and a thermal camera. Joist, sill, subfloor and wall readings are recorded, the humidity is logged, and every problem is photographed. The written scope comes from this visit, not from a phone estimate.
Vent Sealing And Rim Joist Air Seal
