Stainless and glass use different chemistry again. Wrong tool and chemistry scratches the finish. Our crews carry the right tool for each substrate.

Grout haze is removed with either a grout haze chemistry or a light acid-based cleaner depending on the tile material. Porous tile and stone require substrate-safe chemistry, never acid. Final phase seals or waxes per the finish schedule so the haze removal does not open the floor to future staining.
