Every Job Personally Overseen, Documented, And Stays Open Until Lab Clearance Confirms It
David started full time on Green Restoration crews in 2017 and now holds the IICRC AMRT and WRT credentials that two of the three CT mold and water silos require. Every emergency call from Orange, Hamden, New Haven, Hartford, Litchfield, or Western Massachusetts ends up on his line for scope review before the file closes.
Documentation runs through IICRC S500 daily moisture logs and IICRC S520 containment notes, with EPA-registered antimicrobial chain of custody and ACAC-certified lab clearance certificates attached to every claim. We are not licensed public adjusters and do not negotiate claims on your behalf. We submit IICRC-standard documentation directly to your insurer.
