The inspection photograph on this job has a circle drawn on it around what was found on the crawl space floor. That is a small thing and it says something useful: the crew marked the evidence where it sat, so the homeowner could see what the scope was being written against rather than taking a description on trust. Droppings in a crawl space are a contamination question first. Whatever is on that floor is directly beneath the living space, sharing air through every gap in the subfloor, and it stays a problem after the animals themselves are gone.

So the scope here is cleaning and treatment across the whole floor area rather than a spot clean where the evidence was densest: 900 square feet HEPA vacuumed in detail, then the same 900 square feet treated with a plant based antimicrobial agent. Detailed vacuuming rather than sweeping matters more here than almost anywhere, because dried droppings break up easily and a broom aerosolises them in a confined space that shares air with the bedrooms above. One 24 hour negative air period ran through the work so what was disturbed exhausted through a filter, and debris left the property as a documented pickup truck load.

It is important to be clear about the limits of this job. No exclusion work was sold. Nothing was done to find or seal the entry points the animals were using, no trapping was performed, no insulation was removed, and no vapour barrier was installed. Cleaning removes what is there now. It does not stop the next arrival, and any contractor implying otherwise on a cleaning scope is overselling.
