Post remediation clearance is coordinated with an independent ACAC verified consultant before reopening containment.

Most Cromwell projects run three to seven calendar days from containment setup through final ACAC clearance. Pierson Park 1880 era plaster wall sections take longer due to preservation requirements, and Pameacha Pond drainage basements may require an additional two to three days for structural drying once active seepage paths are sealed. Stevens Heights ranches and Cromwell Hills splits typically reach clearance ready status within five days of crew arrival when source moisture is fully addressed before reinstallation.
