What Happened
Homeowner had two large dogs and a forced-air HVAC system that hadn't been cleaned since the home was built eight years ago. Allergies were getting worse, the registers were visibly furry, and the family was ready for a full source-removal clean.
Scope of Damage
Trunk & Branches
ModerateEight years of dust, pet dander, and construction debris compacted in the trunk lines and branch runs.
Registers & Boots
LightVisible buildup on every supply boot. Cleaned and sanitized one-by-one.
Air Handler & Blower
ModerateBlower wheel coated. Cleaned in place. New high-MERV filter installed.
How We Solved It
- 1
System Inspection
Borescope inspection of trunks and branches before any cleaning. Photo documentation of pre-condition.
- 2
NADCA Source Removal
Negative-pressure vacuum on the main trunk while compressed-air whips and brushes agitated each branch back to the vacuum.
- 3
Register & Boot Cleaning
Every register pulled, washed, and sanitized. Boots HEPA-vacuumed and wiped before reinstall.
- 4
Air Handler Service
Blower wheel, evaporator coil, and condensate pan cleaned. New filter and treated drain line.
- 5
Post-Cleaning Inspection
Borescope walk-through with the homeowner. Before/after photos sent the same day.
